Workday Reporting Analyst

Experience in an analyst role in HCM/payroll, with emphasis on building reports and performing data analysis
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and payroll data sources, business processes, objects and fields
Advanced Workday report writing experience, both in modifying delivered and creating custom reports, including composite reports, matrix reports, dashboards, etc
Strong MS Excel skills
Experienced in working with users and management in gathering requirements and translating them into effective reporting deliverables
Strong written/verbal communication
Proven ability to validate and perform data analysis on report as well as explain report findings to users when needed
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative manner with other HRIS team members

Software Developer

Job Duties:

Design High quality Customer communications Managemt (CCM) software solutions to client.
Develop forms for document management using Oracle Documaker and SmartCOMM. Design,Develop, unit test and deploy the form changes to different environments.
Design and Develop Templates, Layouts, Shared content, Enclosures, Document scripts, Stylesets, DataModels.Configuring appliances, FOPs, API’s and analyzing the Data Model/Schema Xpath to template variable fields in SmartCOMM.
Integrating SmartCOMM with upstream systems like Guidewire and downstream systems like Onbase, FileNet. Analyze, Debug and resolve issues encountered in system test, UAT or production environments.
Work under supervision. Travel And/Or Relocation to unanticipated client sites is required.

Education Required:

Masters degree in Computer Science/ IT/ Computer Engineering/Information Systems or closely related field with 6 (Six) months of experience in the job offered or as a IT Consultant or IT Analyst orDeveloper or Programmer or very closely related area. Employer also accepts Computer Science/ IT/ computer Engineering/Information Systems or related field plus 5 years of progressive work experience in related field.

Experience Required:

Experience should include 6 (six) months of working with Oracle Documaker and SmartCOMM. Traveland/or relocation to unanticipated client sites is required.
